i was told by at least 3 pros not to sell PLN till early 2009, when PLN-KRW rate will be affected by the changes in the cosmetic industry, and as a consequence will ascend.

i understand theory that the PLN-KRW is conjectured to step in place for a while began surfacing around the time that the lessening in the oil prices are gonna affect the PLN-KRW transactions for the better (that if true) may possibly advocate the PLN's stasis.
